Highlights

Tiberias: Tiberias is a town on the western shore of the Sea of Galilee, Lower Galilee, Israel. It was named in honour of the emperor Tiberius. We will drive North to Tiberias. Visit the graves of Rabbi Meir Baal Hanes and the Rambam.

Sea of Galilee: Drive via the Sea of Galilee and stop for a breathtaking view.

Safed: Continue to Safed and visit the synagogue of the Ari Hakadosh, the place where the Shulchan Aroch was compiled by Joseph Karo, the Visitors center and the artist village.

Mt. Meron: From Safed travel to Mt. Meron, visit the graves of Rabbi Shimon Bar Yochai and his son Rabbi Elazar.

    Wanting to do a 1-day trip to Galilee from Tel Aviv or Jerusalem the first week in September. It is just me and my mother traveling together. How would we know if you have another 3 people to make a group? (It says 5 people minimum.)
